This is a copy of the statement of terms and conditions that must be agreed upon submission of a commission request. This agreement will be signed on a separate request form found via COMMISSION at the end of this page.

🚧 TERMS OF SERVICE
Upon filling and submitting this commission request form, the client has read and agreed to my Terms of Service.i. REQUEST PROCESSING. By proceeding with submitting the request form, you, the client, are acknowledging that completion and submission of the form DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SURE COMMISSION SLOT. Please be advised that commission request may be chosen based on conditional circumstances such as reasonable deadline and complexity of commission request.ii. DECLINING OF REQUESTS. I reserve the right to decline request, for any (but not limited to) of the following reasons:A. I do not have the time to work with the turnaround time the client's commission request requires.
B. I find that my skill set does not fit client's request and suggestion, therefore I cannot provide a satisfactory product.
C. The subject matter of the commission request is against my personal values or tastes.
D. I find the client's interactions are those of which cause offense and or insult upon my person.The specific reason may or may not be disclosed to the potential client.iii. PRICES. The prices listed are base prices and are subject to change, depending on the complexity and timeline of the client's commission request.iv. PAYMENT. Payment must also be provided upfront. The moment the full amount is confirmed and agreed upon by both the client and I, an invoice will be sent to your Paypal account. For payments done via GCash, I will require a screenshot of the payment confirmation receipt.Client must not send payment until price quotation has been provided and confirmed by both parties. I, on the other hand, will not send the client an invoice if the client hasn't agreed with the price quotation.Payment are done via PAYPAL (for international clients) and GCASH (for local clients) only. Prices are based in USD (US dollars) or PHP (Philippine Peso) currency. Any transfer fee (especially in Paypal) should be shouldered by the client.Accepted payment approaches include:A. FULL PAYMENT (Full payment must be provided upfront.)
B. IN PARTS (For prices that are 20USD (1,000 PHP) and above 50% OF THE PRICE DEPOSIT IS AVAILABLE . The rest of the balance are to be paid when the colored sketch is approved.)v. COPYRIGHT & USAGE. All copyright of the commissioned project will be retained by me as the original illustrator. The client are given the exclusive permission to display the commissioned project in any public or private location, with the conditions that:A. Due credit is given to me as the artist. Thus, I do not allow the client to claim credit in my work.
B. No major revisions are to be made on the commissioned pieces including but not limited to editing, or altering by any means of cropping a part of the commissioned project, removing my watermark, and etc., unless SOURCE FILE and COPYRIGHT was purchased.
C. No profit is to be made from the commissioned projects that are purchased for the purpose of PERSONAL USE. Client may not repurpose or commercialize the commissioned project by any means similar but not limited to cropping a part of the commissioned project, removing my watermark, including the commissioned project in a video compilation that was not negotiated beforehand, adding elements to the commissioned project, or using the commissioned project to represent organization / events / brand unless SOURCE FILE and COPYRIGHT was purchased. I do not allow my artworks to be minted into NFT under any circumstances.With this statement, the client agrees that I may use the commissioned project for public advertisement and portfolios published online or in print, and without any limitation.However, I will guarantee that only the client will enjoy the exclusive access and use of the high resolution commissioned project in public. Commissioned projects posted publicly will include watermarks, and display in low-resolution. I will guarantee that commissioned projects will not be used or resold for my own profit, as a courtesy to the client, even if I retain the full commercial rights to it.In the case wherein the client wishes to purchase full commercial rights to the commissioned project with the intention of gaining profit, then they must profit COPYRIGHT from me for 15USD, plus the price of the commission itself.In the case wherein the client requests a private commission project, then I can guarantee the commissioned project will be exempted from being posted publicly or advertising purposes if the client informs me beforehand.vi. LIMITATION. Please be mindful of subjects and topics that I am not comfortable to work with. However, there are a few subjects and topics that may be negotiated with an additional fee, plus the price of the commission itself.A. Mecha / Detailed Sci-Fi Designs
B. Furry / Anthropomorphic Character Designs
C. Art with explicit depiction of Sex, Violence, Self Mutilation, and Gore
D. Any form of Hate Contentvii. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT. The terms and conditions of this contract will be naturally terminated once the commissioned project has been completed to the satisfaction of and has been confirmed received by the client. All due payments to me, the artist, must have been settled as well.If the client chooses to prematurely terminate the contract or cancel the request, then the amount to be refunded based on the progress of the commissioned projects upon termination:A. FULL REFUND will be given if the project hasn't been started yet.
B. ONLY 50% OF FULL PAYMENT will be refunded if the project is already beyond the drafting stage.On premature termination of the contract, the client will not receive the project regardless of its progress. If the project is finished and or the client have received the final piece, then the client is not eligible for refund.In case that I am unable to complete the commission, I have the right to terminate or cancel the commission and provide refund. However, in an event wherein the project that has already been started, refund provided will not be the full amount.
